Kathy Boden Holland

Chief Executive Officer

Kathy has been the CEO of Mindr since 2021. She brings 25+ years of experience in executive leadership of public and private entities across a variety of industries. Prior to Mindr, she was with Adtalem Global Education, Elevate Credit, Think Finance, RLJ Financial, Legg Mason and Deloitte Consulting.

Education: B.S., The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania; MBA, The University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School

Hobbies: Skiing, Cheering on the Tarheels and the Mighty Fighting Quakers, raising teenagers

Jonathan Beamer

Chief Marketing Officer

Jonathan leads our performance marketing, product marketing, communications and consumer insights teams. He has 20+ years in senior marketing leadership roles across a variety of industries. His prior leadership roles include running an independent consulting firm and working for AmeriSave, Monster, Solar City (now Tesla Energy), Progressive Insurance and Digitas.

Education: Master of Business Administration with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his Master and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Hobbies: Hiking with Heather, his wife of 27 years, fixing something around his old house or traveling to find one of his kids who are increasingly scattered around the country.

Peter Polit

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Peter leads our R&D, engineering, operations and technology teams. He brings 25+ years of experience in building, growing and operating advanced technology businesses. Prior to Mindr, Peter served as EVP Product & Engineering at Tidel and VP & GM at SiriusXM CV.

Education: B.S. with Distinction & M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Worcester Polytechnic Institute; MBA, Indiana University Kelley School of Business

Sonya Evanosky

Chief Financial Officer

Sonya leads our finance and accounting teams. Sonya brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership across high-growth, innovative companies across a variety of industries. Her previous experience includes working for Cengage Group, Adtalem Global Education, Kaplan, HSBC, A.T. Kearney, and Chevron. 

Education: Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Hobbies: Sonya is deeply committed to both her family and philanthropic endeavors. She co-founded Aspen Lane Wine Co., which funded cardiac screenings for Illinois students. These screenings enabled early detection in 32 students with previously unknown heart conditions, leading to recognition from the Naperville Rotary through the Paul Harris Award. Additionally, she serves as the treasurer of her family’s nonprofit, The Evanosky Foundation, which pioneered newborn screening legislation in Illinois that has led to over 500 children receiving lifesaving treatment throughout the U.S. and has also provided scholarships to help women of color pursue nursing degrees.

Vinayak Manchanda

Chief Growth Officer

Vinayak leads Mindr’s safety and detection teams that are bringing new products to market, including Keepr. He has a proven track record of success in building new products and sustainably growing P&Ls in a variety of industries. His prior experience includes Angi, Tripadvisor, Wayfair, GE and McKinsey & Company.

Education: B.S. Electrical Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin; MBA, University of Michigan

Melissa Robbins

Chief Operating Officer

Melissa leads Mindr’s compliance, customer experience, government affairs, data analytics and legal teams. Melissa brings a unique blend of compliance and operational expertise in cross-enterprise management in highly-regulated industries. She brings 25+ years of experience including Adtalem Global Education and Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Education: B.A. and postgraduate teaching qualification, University of New England (Armidale); MBA, Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management

Hobbies: Die hard Bears and Australia Wallabies Teams Fan

Amanda Sedars

Chief Human Resources Officer

Amanda brings nearly 20 years of legal and human resources experience leading Mindr’s HR team which includes business partners, talent acquisition, organizational development & strategy, benefits & payroll and employee engagement. Under Amanda’s leadership, Mindr has continually improved its benefits, received numerous “Best of” workplace awards and increased its organizational tenure year-over-year.

Education: B.S. Iowa State University; J.D. Chicago-Kent College of Law

Hobbies: Traveling; raising four children and a hairless cat.

Jennifer Johnson

CHIEF SALES & NETWORK OFFICER

Jennifer leads Mindr’s inside and outside sales, service center operations and Breathe Easy insurance brokerage business for Mindr. Jennifer brings 15+ years of operational and sales experience to her role at Mindr. Under Jennifer’s leadership, Mindr has developed a best-in-class sales and service center network.

Education: B.A. University of Iowa

Hobbies: Pickleball, bowling and raising a teenager

Diedre Dunn

GENERAL COUNSEL

Diedre leads our legal teams. She brings more than 25 years of legal and business leadership expertise in mergers and acquisitions, complex transactions and strategic risk management to Mindr, along with extensive experience in the private equity sector, including advising on investments, portfolio management and value creation strategies. Her prior leadership roles include working for Ethos Veterinary Health, McDonald’s, Ulta, Vi Senior Living, the National Equity Fund, Hyatt and MacCabe & McGuire, P.C. 

Education: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Securities Law Certificate from Cornell Law School. 

Hobbies: Tennis and pickleball. She also enjoys serving on the board of directors of the USTA Chicago District Tennis Association.
