Environmental, Social and Governance

We are committed to creating and upholding Environmental Social Governance (ESG) practices across our company. We recognize that ESG is much more than a policy, but a journey. We are on our way, but continue to raise our expectations for ourselves and all of our community members.

We believe in holistically implementing our values as a company. That’s why we support a remote-first work policy to help reduce commuting, maintain paperless records, and continue working toward more sustainable and energy-efficient practices wherever we can. 

Community Engagement

We are dedicated to community engagement as it is critical in advancing our mission to transform public safety through our cutting-edge technology. Below are some of the ways that we actively engage: 

  • We are a founding member of the National Alliance to Stop Impaired Driving and a corporate partner of Responsibility.org, and we actively contribute to initiatives that promote safer driving behaviors. 
  •  We are collaborators with Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) to further advocate for responsible behavior among young drivers. 
  • We support students through Intoxalock’s annual Drunk Driving Prevention Scholarship, which encourages young drivers to raise awareness and educate their community on the dangers of drunk driving. 

We are also dedicated to creating opportunities for consumers by offering second chances to individuals through our technology. Our devices help people safely reintegrate into daily life, preserving their livelihoods while ensuring the safety of themselves and their community. Committed to supporting rehabilitation and reducing recidivism, we strive to make our technology both accessible and affordable. 

Governance

Corporate Governance is a mysterious concept for most of us. However simply put, Corporate Governance has to do with the standards, rules, roles, and processes through which a company and its board of directors is operated. At Mindr, corporate governance also includes how we interact with consumers, competitors, suppliers and state and local governments. We hold ourselves accountable to being thoughtful leaders in our organization, industry and community while balancing the interests of all our stakeholders.
